Philip R. Hagerman co-founded Diplomat Pharmacy with his father in 1975 which grew to be the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy and became a publicly traded company through its IPO on the NYSE in October 2014. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills and a drive to give back to the community.

Phil has continued his mission to revitalize the community by establishing Skypoint Ventures. Skypoint invests in companies that can create transformational change in their industries, while maintaining an emphasis on creating both value and community impact. Phil works to enable opportunities for business, education, and development in the community.

Helping the community thrive is more than good business, it’s personal. Phil was born and raised in Genesee County and feels devoted to giving back to the communities in which he lives and works.
